Garni Hotel Berc

To ensure a pleasant stay and avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to read the house rules and terms. By checking in, it is considered that you are familiar with them, agree to them, and will fully comply. Violation of house rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the full charge of the accommodation, regardless of a shorter stay.

General Information

Reception

• Check-in: from 14:00 to 17:00
• Check-out: from 08:00 to 10:00
• If guests expect to arrive after 21:00 on the first day, they must inform the host.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Garni Hotel Berc will clean and prepare the room before your arrival.
• Bed linen and towels are changed upon departure or after the 4th night for stays longer than 6 nights.
• Staff is not allowed to enter the room without the guest’s permission, except in cases of cleaning or suspected rule violations.

Liability

• Garni Hotel Berc is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ property.
• The use of the in-room safe is recommended.

Payment and Reservation

• Full payment is required upon arrival.
• Five days before arrival, the amount for one night will be reserved on the credit card.
• In case of damage or violation of rules, the cost will be charged to the credit card within 48 hours after departure.
• A personal identification document and credit card are required at check-in.

Tourist Tax:

• €3.13 per person per night (18+ years)
• €1.57 per person per night (7–18 years)

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 5 days before arrival: no charge.
• Late cancellation: 100% of the first night’s rate.
• No-show: full reservation amount charged.
• Cancellation after check-in: no refund.
• All changes/cancellations must be made exclusively via email at hotel@berc-sp.si.

House Rules

• Smoking in rooms is not allowed.
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 onwards.

Additional Information

• The host is not responsible for organizing guests’ leisure activities.
• Entry into the room without the guest’s permission is possible only in exceptional circumstances.
